Use any proportioning valve — it doesn't matter which master cylinder port you run to the PV. You can put a line lock before or after the PV, but the correct method is after the PV: it holds line pressure to the front brakes when engaged, so the rears stay free for a burnout.

Adjustable Proportioning Valve

A knob-style valve like the Wilwood 260-8419 lets you dial rear pressure in or out (100–1500 psi range, up to 57% reduction, 1/8" NPT ports; 3/8"-24 and 10mm-1.0 bubble flare versions exist). Start with the knob near the middle and adjust on a safe, empty road until the rears don't lock before the fronts.

Line Lock

The line lock goes on the line feeding the front brakes, after the proportioning valve, so it holds the fronts while the rears stay free for a burnout. Wire it through a momentary switch.

Keep your odometer working: leave the ABS electrical connection plugged in. Simply unscrew the module from the ABS housing and keep it plugged in (shown in the last pictures below).
